Welcome to Valley Oak Montessori!
It is my pleasure to share nearly two decades of experience working with toddlers and preschoolers in the Evergreen community of San Jose. Over the years, I have had the privilege of helping grow and lead Evergreen Montessori schools from their very beginning. With Valley Oak Montessori, I am honored to continue my commitment to early childhood education with the same passion, care, and integrity.
At Valley Oak Montessori, we believe every child is unique. The Montessori approach allows each child to learn in a way that is personal, meaningful, and self-directed. Our experienced, Montessori-trained teachers thoughtfully guide and support each child as they develop confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.
Our goal is to prepare children not only for academic success, but for life. We strive to nurture creative problem-solvers who are curious, resilient, collaborative, and compassionate. We want our students to grow into engaged citizens who are equipped to thrive on whatever educational path they choose.

Our Educators
Our teachers are passionate, experienced, and qualified to impart high quality early age education that is focused on preparing the whole child. They are Montessori trained to impart learning that is individualized and at the child’s pace. They understand that children learn best through exploration, problem solving, and practice, therefore guide and enrich each child’s leaning process accordingly. the teachers are assisted by qualified teachers’ aides who ensures constant supervision and help. The distinct joy and harmony in the class rooms is observable!

Valley Oak Montessori is more than a school to me—it’s my second home! I’m Bhavana Yoganand, and for the past 3 years, I’ve had the joy of growing alongside this amazing community from its very beginning.
Thanks to the encouragement of Ms. Varsha, Ms. Vinita, and our wonderful team, I became a certified Montessori teacher—a milestone that remains one of the happiest moments of my career. As the Maple Classroom teacher, I strive to create a nurturing, joyful space where children feel safe, confident, and inspired to learn every day.

Hello! I’m Ms. Preeti, the Oak Classroom teacher at Valley Oak Montessori’s Evergreen campus. With over 15 years of Montessori teaching experience and AMS certification, I love creating hands-on, joyful learning experiences that inspire curiosity and confidence in young children.
I’m excited to work alongside Ms. Varsha and the wonderful Valley Oak Montessori team. I believe learning is most meaningful when children actively explore, question, and discover through Montessori materials and experiences.I love being part of the Valley Oak Montessori family! Every day is an adventure as I help children learn, grow, and discover just how capable they are. Watching their confidence bloom as they explore, create, and learn at their own pace is the most rewarding part of my job.
