Don't see a program on the day you need care? You can still drop in any day for back-up care. Registration is still required.
Register first, then drop in
Drop-in care is for registered children only. Here's how to get set up.
What you'll need
- Completed registration form (2 pages)
- Signed admission agreement
- Parent's Handbook, read and agreed to
- Emergency Information Form and Emergency Card

Fill out the registration form
Choose your program and complete the form, including parent name, child name, date of birth, email, and phone number.

Send it to the office
Scan the two-page form and email it to admin@valleyoakmontessori.com, or drop it off at the school office.

Complete the paperwork
Sign the admission agreement, read the Parent's Handbook, and fill out the Emergency Information Form and Emergency Card.

Plan your first day
Once your paperwork is on file, contact the office to plan your first drop-in day.
Please note: children can't attend a drop-in day until registration and all required paperwork are complete.
