Two women, one shared vision
Valley Oak Montessori was founded by two women whose complementary experience created a clear vision: to give families access to an exceptional early-education program that is nurturing, academically enriching, and affordable.
With more than 25 years of experience in Montessori and early-childhood education, Varsha brings deep knowledge of how young children learn, grow, and develop confidence. She understands that every child progresses differently and deserves an environment designed around their individual interests, abilities, and developmental needs. Her Montessori expertise shapes Valley Oak's classrooms, where children learn through purposeful hands-on activities, guided exploration, and age-appropriate independence. The goal is not only to prepare children for school, but also to help them become curious thinkers, confident communicators, and compassionate members of their community.
Vinita brings more than 30 years of financial and organizational experience, along with a strong commitment to making high-quality education accessible to working families. After seeing parents struggle to balance the cost of childcare with their desire for an academically strong preschool, she became determined to create a school where families would not have to choose between affordability, dependable care, and educational excellence. Her experience helps ensure that Valley Oak remains thoughtfully managed, responsive to families, and focused on lasting value.
Together, Varsha and Vinita have built Valley Oak Montessori around what matters most to parents: experienced educational leadership, attentive teachers, individualized learning, a warm and secure environment, and a genuine partnership with every family.
